We offer the specialties of Turkish modern cuisine and Ottoman kitchen. Our menu has been prepared with the collaboration of our chef and our sommelier with a special emphasis on accordance with Turkish wines for the first time in Cappadocia.
We offer a big variety of salads, special starters such as eggplant pie in yoghourt and tahini bed, stuffed grape leaves with sour cherry, halloumi cheese wrapped in vine leaves from our own vineyard, and several others. As the main course on the other hand we present delicious meat and vegetarian dishes as well as home made pastas prepared by women of our town and Turkish ravioli called manti which is a typical Cappadocian dish.
